All registrations, tickets, and participation fees collected for events organised by Aventra Endurophoria Sports and Allied Events LLP are non-refundable by default.
1. Event Registration Fees
- • Registration fees once paid shall not be refunded in case of:
- • participant withdrawal,
- • non-attendance,
- • disqualification,
- • change in personal schedule.
2. Event Postponement / Cancellation
- • In the event of cancellation of the event by the organisers due to unavoidable circumstances (including but not limited to weather conditions, government restrictions, safety concerns, or force majeure), the organisers may, at their discretion:
- • provide a partial or full refund, or
- • transfer the registration to a rescheduled date or future event.
- • No interest or additional compensation shall be payable in such cases.
3. Duplicate / Erroneous Payments
- • In case of duplicate payment or technical error, a refund may be processed after verification.
- • Such requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction.
4. Processing of Refunds
- • Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original mode of payment.
- • Refund processing may take 7–10 working days, depending on the payment gateway and banking channels.
5. Decision of the Organisers
- • All refund-related decisions taken by the organisers shall be final and binding.
